At CBGR Studios we handle personal data with the same standard we apply to our products: we collect only what is strictly necessary, we sell nothing to third parties, and you can exercise your rights at any time.
The honest summary: this website uses no analytics cookies, does not track visitors and has no forms that send data automatically. The only personal data we ever handle is what you choose to send us when you write to us by email.

Additional tax details (NIF) will be provided directly to any data subject exercising their rights, or to the Spanish Data Protection Agency on request, in line with the data minimisation principle.
What data we handle and why
We only handle the data you send us when you decide to contact us by email. Usually:
- Email address — so we can reply to you.
- Name — if you include it in the message yourself.
- The content of your enquiry — so we can understand what you need.
There is a single purpose: answering what you ask us. We do not cross-reference that data with any other source and we do not use it for profiling.
Legal basis
Consent and legitimate interest. By writing to us voluntarily you authorise us to handle the data you send, for the sole purpose of replying to you.
Who we share it with
Nobody, apart from the providers strictly necessary to send and store email. We currently use:
- Infomaniak (Switzerland) as our email and web hosting provider. Its data centres are in Switzerland and it operates under a data protection framework equivalent to the European GDPR.
We do not sell, transfer or exchange personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Ever.
How long we keep it
We keep emails until they are no longer useful to the conversation (usually one or two years). You can ask us to delete your email before then at any time.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability simply by writing to mail@cbgrstudios.com from the address you wrote to us from. We do not ask for unnecessary paperwork.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your data has not been handled properly.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies of its own and none from third parties for analytics, advertising or personalisation. It loads no third-party resources either: the typefaces are served from this same domain, so your browser contacts no outside server when it opens this site and your IP address reaches nobody else.
Our applications
Our products (WellMotor, for example) have their own detailed privacy policy, matched to the data each application actually handles. When you download an application, the policy that applies is that application's own, available from its web page and from its store listing.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy significantly we will say so on this same page, with the new revision date. Minor changes (wording, corrections) are not announced separately.
