The controller of the personal data collected through the WellMotor mobile app ("the App") is Borja Ahijado Ventura, trading under the publishing brand CBGR Studios, with an address for notices at 28214 Fresnedillas de la Oliva (Madrid), Spain. Contact: soporte@cbgrstudios.com.
Additional tax details (NIF) will be provided at the request of any data subject exercising their rights, or of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in line with the data minimisation principle.
We do not collect GPS location data, contacts or advertising identifiers. We show no advertising and sell no data to third parties.
Account, vehicle, telemetry and OBD history data is stored in Supabase (infrastructure in the European Union/US with standard contractual clauses). Each user can only access their own data, through row-level security (RLS) policies. All other information (preferences, cache) stays on your device only.
To provide the service we rely on the following providers, all with safeguards equivalent to the GDPR:
We do not share, transfer or sell personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Ever.
We keep your data for as long as you keep your account. When you delete it, all associated data (vehicles, history, telemetry) is permanently erased from our servers within a maximum of 30 days.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@cbgrstudios.com from the address you registered with. We do not ask for unnecessary paperwork.
You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your data has not been handled properly.

The App is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we find that a minor has registered, we will delete their account and data.
Where any of the processors listed in section 5 processes data outside the European Economic Area, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or other valid mechanisms under the GDPR, will apply.
We will publish any change on this page and, if the change is substantial, we will notify you within the App with reasonable notice so you can review it.
