How to delete your account and your data

You can ask for your WellMotor account, and all the data associated with it, to be deleted in full at any time.

What gets deleted

Your user account (email address and credentials).
Your vehicles and their data (registration, VIN, mileage and so on).
All synced OBD history, telemetry, reports and reminders.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible and is completed within a maximum of 30 days. Data stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.

How to request it

Send an email to soporte@cbgrstudios.com with the subject "Eliminar mi cuenta" from the email address you registered with.

We will confirm the deletion by email within 7 days.

Only want to delete data, not the account?

Inside the app you can clear the local OBD history (History → delete entries) and remove vehicles one by one without closing your account. If you want us to delete a particular subset of data from the cloud, say so in your email.
