WellMotor is an information and support tool that reads data from your vehicle's on-board diagnostics system (OBD-II) through a compatible Bluetooth adapter (ELM327), and produces indicative analysis, alerts and reports about its condition.
WellMotor provides indicative information, not a technical assessment. The diagnostics, health scores, roadworthiness-test predictions and maintenance recommendations are generated automatically from the available data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are no substitute for an inspection by a garage or qualified professional, and they do not guarantee the outcome of any official technical inspection.
Do not make safety decisions — carrying on driving with a fault, putting off a repair — on the basis of the app alone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellMotor shall not be liable for damage arising from decisions taken on the basis of the information in the app, from the outcome of technical inspections, from vehicle faults, or from incompatibility with particular OBD adapters or vehicles. The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
You can delete your account at any time (instructions). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
The app, its design, brand and contents are the property of Borja Ahijado Ventura, trading under the brand name CBGR Studios. Your vehicle's data is yours.
We may update these terms; substantial changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile where consumer regulations so provide.
